Cod au Gratin

Ingredients (6-8 people):
400 grams of soaked cod
milk
2 onions
6 cloves garlic
80 g of margarine
A French garlic
2 carrots
salt
pepper
200g of mushrooms
800 g of mashed potato (Purchase)
mayonnaise

Preparation:
Turn the oven and set it to 220 ° C.

Cover the cod with milk, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and slice the onions and the garlic cloves into thin slices and bring to a simmer with the butter over low heat.

While the onion is the fire, cut the garlic into thin slices French, rinse under running water and drain well and add the onion.

Skin and grate the carrots on strings, add the remaining vegetables. Cover and leave in oven while preparing the mushrooms.

Wash, dry and cut the mushrooms into pieces, add the vegetables, increase the heat slightly and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.

Drain the cod and soak up the milk to prepare the mashed potatoes. Prepare the puree while separating cod loins in large flakes.

Grease a pan that can go in the oven and the table with butter and place the puree around the back, leaving space around the center to put the vegetables and the chips on these cod.

Spread a layer of mayonnaise on cod and brown in the oven in the oven until surface is golden brown.
