Cream of Vegetables
Ingredients:
A French garlic
3 medium carrots
3 medium potatoes
1 small turnip
Turnip leaf 100g
A little bit of spare ribs
1 dl oil
salt to taste
water qs
toasted bread cubes (optional)
Preparation:
Arrange, cut and wash all vegetables. Place a pan of water covering. Add olive oil, salt and meat (whole). Cook well (approximately 30 minutes). Then remove the meat (make sure the bone, if any, has not separated) and pass it to the blender until smooth velvety. Grind the spices and let the fire until it boils.
Serve with toasted bread cubes.
Note: The bread cubes are sold already prepared, in large surfaces, available in the area of the bakery. Some brands are also simple and oregano.
The bread cubes should be placed on each plate in time to eat, because the heat makes them soft cream quickly, losing the flavor.
