Ingredients:
150 g of sugar
150 g of butter at room temperature
1 egg
1 egg yolk
400 g flour
zest of 1 lemon
colored honey and sugar to taste
Butter for greasing

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 º C. Grease a pan with butter and line it with greased parchment paper also.
add the sugar with the margarine until creamy. Add egg and yolk. Wrap the lemon zest and flour, stir well until a mass homogeneous.
Tent small strips, etrelaçando them together and attach the ends to form a ring. Glue them with a little water and place them on the board. Take the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
Let cool, brush with honey and sprinkle with sugar. Serve decorated with taste.

Trick:
If the dough get too soft put it in the refrigerator approximately 10 minutes. The cold makes the mass solidifies, gaining the desired texture.
