Spoons

Certainly have come across recipes that measures are spoons. This does not present much difficulty, but sometimes there may be doubt as to the exact quantities to end those doubts here are equivalences.

1 tablespoon = 15 cc
1 spoonful of dessert = 10 cc
1 teaspoon = 3 cc

1 tablespoon weighs:
sugar - 10 gr
powdered sugar - 10 gr
brown sugar - 10 gr
water or milk - 15 g
almonds - 5 gr
grated hazelnuts - 5 gr
Cinnamon - 10 gr
chocolate powder - 10 gr
flour - 7 gr
potato starch - 7th gr
butter - 15 gr
Honey - 20 gr
grated nuts - 5 gr
Oil - 12 gr
raisins or currants - 10 gr
salt - 15 g
