Miminhos Coco

Today we close the month more sweet year, and so ended our suggestions October.

Dear / the reader / to watch / and tomorrow begins another month of new suggestions.

Ingredients:
350 g of sugar
80 g of grated coconut
1 dl coconut milk
1 tablespoon butter
15 gems
1 ml water
Butter for greasing
sugar for dusting
cherries to decorate

Preparation:
Turn the oven to 180 º C
Grease small shapes with butter and sprinkle with sugar, put a cherry on metede the bottom of each forminha.
Melt the tablespoon of butter.
Mix the sugar with the coconut, coconut milk, egg yolks, butter and water.
Stir well with a wire rod. After obtaining a homogeneous preparation, distributed between the pans and bake in water bath, 30 to 40 minutes ...

Note: After the treats ready to be removed from the molds still hot and tasty to be more should be served fresh, or even an overnight.

    Today I made these cookies and really liked it. I have been attentive to your site and I was a fan.
    I suggest you to provide a way for us to create a cookbook people available on its website, the genus of the Cowboy already have. I know that your platform is different and may not be able to do but it would be good for us!
