Cinnamon Mousse

Ingredients:
150 g sugar
1 tbsp (tablespoons) cornstarch
1 tablespoon (coffee) ground cinnamon
4 egg yolks
0.5 l of milk
1 lemon peel
2 egg whites
4 straws of vanilla
cinnamon to taste

Preparation:
Place in a pan, the sugar with the cornstarch, cinnamon and egg yolks. Stir and add the milk and lemon peel. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly until boiling. Remove, discard the lemon and let cool.
Beat the egg whites and carefully wrap the already cold cream. Divide by bowls and garnish with cinnamon and vanilla straws. Serve fresh.
