Cover Café (for cakes)

Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
50 grams sugar
1 tbsp (tablespoons) flour
Cávena a tea coffee
4 dl cream

Preparation:
Beat well the yolks with the sugar until the mixture is light and creamy.
Add the flour and coffee. Pour the cream in a small saucepan and bring to boil, let boil. Let it cool and add whipped cream.
Are you ready to apply.
