Ingredients:
Pastry Cream
5 dl milk
100 gr of sugar
50 gr of flour
fine salt, a pinch
1 egg + 4 egg yolks
vanilla powder, a pinch
sugar for dusting

6 eggs
190 gr sugar
170 g flour
1 teaspoon (tsp) baking powder
25 g of chocolate powder
Preparation:
Pastry cream
Boil the milk and mix separately the remaining ingredients indicated for the cream. Add milk to the ingredients into yarn and let it boil, medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat, sprinkle with sugar and set aside.
Mass
Beat eggs with sugar, gradually add the flour sifted with baking powder and chocolate . Place on a tray (30 cm x 30cm) greased and sprinkled with flour, and bake for 20 minutes at 190 º C.
Turn out onto greaseproof paper sprinkled with sugar. Barre the surface with a piece of pastry cream , roll-shaped cake with the help of tracing paper. Let cool and decorate with the remaining cream. Serve fresh.
Note: For atorta stay and keep the wound after tracing paper to support the cake twisting the ends of the two sides, but removing the paper should do ~ and it carefully.
