Ingredients:
1 cup of flour.
100g margarine or butter.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 beaten egg.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Filling:
2 cans of condensed milk.
7 lemon juice.
½ package unflavored gelatin dissolved.
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients of the dough until a creamy texture, then put in a prepared pan, preferably lined and comes out the bottom to facilitate. Leave for 20 minutes or until golden.
Filling: Mix all ingredients and put on weight , if you want you can put egg whites with sugar on top.
