Yogurt Cake with Lemon
Ingredients:
A cup (s) of yoghurt
1/2 cup (s) of oil
A cup (s) of powdered sweetener
2 cup (s) of wheat flour
4 eggs
1 tbsp (tablespoon) of baking powder
2 lemons grated
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 º C. Grease a form of hole in the middle, with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Beat all ingredients and place into shape.
Bake already preheated for about 40 minutes.
Make sure it is cooked and unmold.
Cut the cake , on top with a toothpick. Mix the juice of 1 lemon with 2 tablespoons of chopped sweetener.
If you do not like the sour taste, mix the juice of 1 1/2 cup of coffee water.
Drizzle the cake with the juice and let it rest a bit before serving.
