Fruit drink!

For though it is very hot today here are some suggestions to drink fresh fruit!
The fruits in liquid form is a way to give the body some of the most important defenses in and freshen up on hot days.

 

PINEAPPLE
Ingredients:
200 g pineapple in syrup
2 dl of solution
50 ml lemon juice

Preparation:
Cut the pineapple into pieces and place in blender (if not the magic wand and plastic cup), add the syrup and the lemon juice, mash, pass through a sieve and place in the network glass. Cool and serve decorated with taste.

MANDARIN
Ingredients:
4 tangerines
1 tbsp (tablespoons) powdered sugar
Ice cubes

Preparation:
Peel the tangerines, clean white skins, remove the carouços if they have, and cut them. Place in blender and grind them. Remove and add the sugar and ice.

Hailed PEACH
Ingredients:
2 dl of peach puree
2dl water
1 spoon (soup) of sugar

Preparation:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend. Place the mixture on a tray and freeze until solid. Before serving scratch with a fork to break off and put in a glass. Serve immediately, garnished with peach.

STRAWBERRY
Ingredients:
300 g of strawberry
2 spoons (soup) of condensed milk
1 dl of water and fresh
100 g of crushed ice.

Preparation:
Put everything in a blender and grind. Pass the mixture through the sieve and serve right away, decorated to taste.

PEAR
Ingredients:
2 pears
A peach in syrup
2 ml water
50 ml lemon juice

Preparation:
Grind everything in a blender, pour into a glass and serve immediately.

WILD FRUITS
Ingredients:
250 g of frozen berries
50g sugar
2 ml water
100 g of crushed ice

Preparation:
Place the berries sugar and 1 ml water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the puree with a wand. add another 1 dl of water and let cool. Add the crushed ice, blend well and serve.
